MAY NEWS FROM VANTAGE POINTE

BOARDWALK

Highlighting the last meeting before summer break was a review of recent pool repairs including the replacement of our pool pump, replacement of the main drain cover, and final replacement of all cracked tiles.  The pool looks and runs just like the day it opened about a year ago.  Also, a new drain field has been dug to correct an existing problem.

Our lawns are showing stress from the lack of rain (until tonight) but so are our wells as we are having trouble maintaining pressure during watering periods.  Only some consistent rain that replenishes the aquifer will help ease the situation.

Lastly, the board will look into the purchase of a new computer for VPHA treasurer's use.

New Vistor's at Vantage Pointe

Monday morning several residents were greeted by a family of red foxes who playfully took a morning stroll from their nearby accommodations in one of our culverts.  Animal control is trapping them now so they can be moved to a more natural environment.  Please don't feed them under any circumstance.
