TIP #1

Eliminating all the "junk" addresses that arrived in an e-mail that you want to forward...

Copying an item and inserting it somewhere else

Have you ever noticed that some e-mails that you receive are nice and clean at the top while others have about three thousand addresses of other people that have been included each time someone has forwarded it... You go to print it out so you can show it to your spouse and the first page is nothing but other people's addresses.... (junk)

The next time you forward an e-mail, when you have brought it up to be forwarded, you are now in a "write" mode and you can add a note or comment or picture to the letter.... You can also delete all unwanted "junk" by simply holding down your mouse and dragging it over the text, thereby highlighting it.....By then hitting the DELETE key, Voila, the addresses are gone, never to be seen again and you now have a nice clean letter to be sent...

If you want to print this out, try holding down the CTRL key while you hit the letter "P" key and it should bring up your printer screen.... This will work anytime with most items that you would like to print...

If you want to forward this tip, click on your mouse and drag it over the text to highlight it...Then hold down the CTRL key and depress "C'..... This will copy  all of the text..... You may then go into the "write" mode of an e-mail that you are composing and use CTRL "V", this will paste the text into your e-mail that you are writing.... You can use this method on most items that you want to copy and then paste somewhere else....
